Bill Taylor, Guy Yocom Construction’s Vice President, has amassed 28 years industry experience which began during high school, finishing concrete for a neighbor on weekends. During these 28 year, Bill Taylor has been involved in or overseen an estimated 1500 contracts projects to date. Holding ACI certifications in concrete flatwork finishing and Tilt-Up supervising, Bill Taylor is responsible for the review and finalization of bid documents and contracts. Bill Taylor’s additional duties include quantity takeoff, material and labor pricing for tilt-up division, and the assembly of  preliminary project schedules for customers and owners.
