With 18 years of experience, Shirley Kowalke is responsible for various accounting, insurance certification, and contractor licensing tasks. As corporate secretary, Shirley Kowalke’s specific duties include oversight of many aspects of accounts payable including invoice audits and calls. Shirley is also responsible for the receipt and deposit of all accounts receivable checks from general contractors and oversight of requests for insurance certificates and contractors licenses from sub-contractors and vendors alike.
