Dave Kent, Vice President of Construction, brings over 26 years of experience to the corporate knowledge base. Dave Kent manages the Tilt-Up Division, working closely with four supervisors, two project engineers, one labor superintendent, and approximately 350 employees. Dave Kent management responsibilities also include oversight of C.I.F. finishing, which consists of approximately 40 finishers working daily, with an average of 25 jobs running at any given time.
Dave Kent’s additional responsibilities include all hiring of superintendents, foremen, and carpenters. Dave Kent also does all submittals, layout, and schedules and build crews for each job, and is involved in monthly billings for each job
